John was born in East London in 1976. His early years were spent climbing trees and running for the Newham & Essex Beagles, a unique childhood that ignited a passion for adventure. On April 10, 1992, at 9:20 pm, a devastating bomb was detonated in front of the Baltic Exchange building in London, a tragic event that would unknowingly alter John's life. Among the victims was 15-year-old Danielle Carter, who was waiting in a car outside the exchange; she was also one of his closest school friends. In the aftermath of this tragedy, John had the opportunity to travel the globe, working in the Counter Terrorism and Security industry.

After settling down in November 2022, he chose to transition into the events industry, collaborating with various companies around the world. His primary focus now is to lead a quiet, stress-free life. When working with John, you can expect him to prioritize the well-being of you, your patrons, your staff, and your property. He is a well-established Security Officer, CCTV Operator, Teacher, and Frontline Ambulance Medic.

In his varied roles, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, Head of Security, Operations Manager, Medic, and Trainer. John has gained an extensive skill set. His rigorous training has prepared him to handle challenging situations with confidence. As a trainer, he fosters an enriching learning environment, aiming to equip countless students for future success. John’s exceptional expertise and teaching methods will help you prepare for the next steps in your career while simultaneously broadening your horizons and enhancing your current skill set.

In his spare time, John enjoys traveling and exploring new places. He is also committed to leading an active lifestyle, spending time at the gym and jogging. During downtime, he finds joy in unwinding with a good book or diving into his digital media projects.

In 2022, John was assigned to the security team for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. He also had the remarkable opportunity to participate in a multi-agency simulated terrorist attack at Sheffield Arena, contributed to the productions of The Crown and Bodies, and served as a private consultant in Tunisia. Additionally, in 2022, John was bestowed with the esteemed title of Lord, enhancing his standing as a distinguished member of the nobility.

In 2023, while pursuing his studies, John also lent his security expertise to the UK's Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum organization. Additionally, John founded his self-employed venture, AegisRx Group (Aegis = shield/protection, Rx = medical). This initiative enables him to unify and consolidate all his independent professional endeavors under one umbrella. Through AegisRx Group, John provides a wide array of services, encompassing security operations, medical support, and various other specialized functions.

In 2024, John seized a remarkable opportunity to explore the globe while furthering his careers in both the security sector and the medical field. With unwavering determination and a clear focus, he actively pursued these avenues to enhance his experiences and foster professional growth. Furthermore, John introduced a new website to display his skills and achievements, establishing a platform aimed at showcasing his expertise and unlocking new opportunities.

In 2025, John received an invitation to join the Special Forces Medical Team for the London-Edinburgh-London Bike Race, an opportunity he eagerly embraced. Additionally, he enrolled in a specialized course titled "Responding to Terrorist Incidents  Security Control Room (SCR) Operators," aimed at enhancing organizational readiness to address threats effectively. This training was crafted from insights gained through post-incident reviews, exercises, and simulations that identified key areas for improvement in preparedness. Furthermore, he became a part-owner of AFC Wimbledon. While John may not be a die-hard football enthusiast, he does support both Liverpool FC and AFC Wimbledon.
