John was born in East London in 1976. He spent his early years climbing trees and running for Newham & Essex Beagles, this unique childhood fuelled his life of adventure. Then on the 10th of April 1992 at 9:20 pm, a huge bomb was detonated in front of the Baltic Exchange building in London. Unbeknown to John, this unfortunate event would shape his life. One of the bombing victims was 15-year-old Danielle Carter, who was waiting in a car outside the exchange. She was also, one of his closest school friends. Following the aforementioned tragic event, John was fortunate to travel the world working in the Counter Terrorism and Security industry.
After settling down in November 2022, he decided to work within the events industry, for various companies, across the UK. As his main focus these days is living a secluded, stress-free life. While working with John, he will take care of you, your patrons, your personnel and your property. He is a well-established Security Officer, CCTV Operator, Teacher & Frontline Ambulance Medic.
John also understands that effective action is crucial to your business. He will tailor his services to you and your circumstances. In order to provide you with the best possible service, John is constantly up skilling himself, as he feels by doing this he can react to different situations, in a forever changing world. When working John wears many different hats, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, Head of Security, Operations Manager, Medic and Trainer. These casual roles have equipped him with many skills. John's intense training has taught him to deal with difficult situations. As a trainer John provides an enriched learning environment, that aims to help countless students get ahead. John's exceptional knowledge and teaching methods helps you prepare for the next steps in your career, while Simultaneous trying to broaden your horizons and improving your current skill level.
In 2022, John was deployed as part of the security team for Queen Elizabeth II Funeral. He was also fortunate enough to take part in a multi-agency simulated terrorist attack at Sheffield Arena, worked on the sets of The Crown & Bodies and as a private consultant in Tunisia. In 2022, John was also honoured with the prestigious title of Lord, elevating his status to that of a distinguished member of the nobility.
In 2023, alongside his studies, John also contributed his security expertise to the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, organization. Also in 2023, John established his self-employed venture, Future Forward. This initiative allows him to streamline and consolidate all his independent professional activities under a single umbrella. Through Future Forward, John offers a diverse range of services, spanning from security operations to medical support and various other specialized tasks.
In 2024, John found himself blessed with a remarkable chance to explore the world while pursuing careers in both the security industry and the medical field. This extraordinary opportunity was one he eagerly embraced, seizing it with unwavering determination. John also secured a new full-time position at FI Facilities Management, working as a control room supervisor. In October, John launched this brand new website to showcase his work and skills, aiming to expand his opportunities.
In 2025, John was invited to join the Special Forces Medical Team for the London-Edinburgh-London 2025 Bike Race, an opportunity he eagerly accepted. Also, John enrolled in a course called "Responding to Terrorist Incidents – Security Control Room (SCR) Operators," which was specifically developed to address shortcomings in organisational readiness when it came to handling attacks. This course was designed based on insights gained from post-incident reviews, exercises, and simulations, which highlighted areas of improvement in preparedness. He also became a part-owner of AFC Wimbledon. John is not a die hard football fan, but does support both Liverpool FC and AFC Wimbledon.
When John is not working, he thoroughly enjoys spending quality time & traveling with his fiancée, Amy. He is also passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, dedicating time to the gym and running. In his downtime, he finds pleasure in unwinding with a captivating book or immersing himself in his digital media projects.
